University Application Requirements

1. Passport: Valid passport extending beyond your stay in France.

2. Passport-sized photos:
Recent photos meeting required specifications.

3. Academic transcripts: Official transcripts from previous schools (high school and university), translated into French by a certified translator.

4. Diplomas or certificates: Copies of degrees or certificates, translated into French if needed. If you haven’t graduated yet, a certificate of expected graduation is acceptable.

5. Proof of language proficiency: DELF/DALF scores for French or TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo for English.

6. Statement of purpose (SOP): A personal essay detailing your academic background, program choice, and goals.

7. Letters of recommendation: From teachers, professors, or employers supporting your academic abilities and character.

8. Proof of financial resources: Documents showing you can cover tuition and living expenses (bank statements, scholarship letters, etc.).

9. Birth certificate: Copy of your birth certificate, translated into French by a certified translator.

10. Application fee:
Fee payment receipt.

11. Additional Documents (if required):

Visa Requirements

1. Passport: Submit your original passport, valid for at least three months beyond your planned stay in France, along with copies of all pages (including blank ones) and any previous passports.

2. Visa Application Form: Fill out and sign the application form, available on the France-Visas website.

3. Photographs: Provide three recent passport-sized photos that meet size and background requirements.

4. Acceptance Letter: Include the admission letter from your French educational institution confirming your enrollment.

5. Academic Transcripts: Attach attested copies of your academic records (high school, university, etc.), translated into French by a certified translator.

6. Proof of Financial Means: Provide six months of bank statements showing sufficient funds (about €615/month) or an affidavit of support with your guarantor’s bank statements.

7. Accommodation Proof: Submit a certificate of accommodation in France, stating your name, address, and stay dates. If staying with someone, include their invitation letter, proof of accommodation, and ID copy.

8. Family Registration Certificate: Obtain this from NADRA.

9. OFII Form: Complete the top section of the OFII form.

10. Language Proficiency Certificate: Submit a DELF/DALF certificate for French programs or IELTS/TOEFL results for English programs.

11. Visa Fee Receipt: Include proof of visa fee payment.

12. Additional Documents (if needed): All documents attested from IBCC, HEC, and MOFA and a Domicile Certificate to verify your residence in Pakistan.1
